Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoBook platform, operated by Auto Leads Systems Limited (operating as AutoBook) ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AutoBook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using AutoBook on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of service
AutoBook is a B2B software-as-a-service platform designed for automotive dealerships. The platform enables dealership customers to browse available salespeople and book appointments online. Features include booking management, lead tracking, staff scheduling, chat widgets, email notifications, and calendar integrations.
3. User accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
4. Booking and appointments
AutoBook facilitates appointment scheduling between dealership customers and sales staff. Dealerships are responsible for the accuracy of their staff availability, booking configurations, and any commitments made to customers through the platform. We do not guarantee that any particular appointment will be honored and are not a party to the relationship between the dealership and its customers.
5. Payment terms
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and processed through Stripe. Subscription fees vary by plan and are displayed on your account dashboard. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual property
All content, features, and functionality of the AutoBook platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Auto Leads Systems Limited (operating as AutoBook) and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
7. Data and privacy
Your use of AutoBook is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using AutoBook, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Electronic communications (CASL)
In accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we send electronic messages only with your consent or as permitted by law. By using AutoBook, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your use of the platform, including appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and inquiry receipts.
All commercial electronic messages we send:
- Clearly identify Auto Leads Systems Limited as the sender.
- Include our contact information.
- Provide a functional unsubscribe mechanism that is processed within 10 business days.
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@auto-book.ca.
9. Text messaging (SMS) program
Dealerships that use AutoBook can send you text messages about a request you made: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to questions you asked, and follow-ups from the dealership you contacted. These messages are sent on the dealership's behalf by AutoBook, acting as its service provider. The dealership is the sender.
You opt in by giving your mobile number on a dealership's booking page or in its chat widget, or by texting the dealership first. You are never required to agree to text messages in order to buy anything.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. You can also contact the dealership directly.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the mobile phone numbers and text messaging section of our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Leads Systems Limited (operating as AutoBook) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. To cancel your account, contact support at support@auto-book.ca and we will process the cancellation for you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of AutoBook after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
