Set the hours you're bookable, block time off, add a lunch break, and control how much notice you need before an appointment.
Your availability decides which time slots customers can book with you, when you count as on shift for new work, and which minutes count toward your reply deadlines. Open it from your name and photo at the bottom of the left sidebar (on a phone, your avatar in the top-right) → Profile, then choose Availability in the Account hub sidebar. Your manager can also adjust your hours from your staff sheet (4 · Hours). Changes collect in the save bar at the bottom; nothing is saved until you save them.
Weekly working hours
Turn each day on or off, then set your start and end times (in 15-minute steps). Customers only ever see open slots inside these hours.
Until you save a schedule, the page shows No schedule saved yet and you are not bookable. The hours on screen are only a starting suggestion, so check them and save.
If your hours alternate every other week
Working a two-week rotation is normal in a store, so the same card handles it. Turn on Alternates every two weeks and a second set of days appears: the hours above become Week A, and the new set, Week B, starts as a copy of them so you only change the days that differ. Then tell it which schedule you are working this week and it keeps the two straight from there. A line under the picker confirms it ("This week: Week A · Next week: Week B"), and your booking slots follow the right week automatically.
Leave the toggle off and nothing changes: one set of hours, every week. Turning it off again drops Week B and puts you back on your Week A hours.
Time off and breaks
Under Time off, add a start date, end date and optional reason for vacation or personal blocks. Turn on Lunch break and set its hours to pause bookings during a midday break. Slots inside these windows disappear automatically.
Booking notice
Set a personal Minimum booking notice if you need more lead time than the dealership default, for example "no bookings within the next 2 hours."
When you are off: who covers your customers
Your hours, time off and the store's hours decide when you count as working, and only your working minutes count toward a deadline (for example, 30 working minutes for your first reply to a new sales lead). Days off, holidays, lunch and leave never count against you. With no hours of your own, your desk's hours are used, then the store's.
- Off shift: the clock waits for your next working minutes. If a customer is waiting meanwhile, AutoBook Agent answers them with its best complete reply.
- A question from AutoBook Agent while you are off: it still comes to you; you own your customers. If you don't answer in time, AutoBook Agent answers the customer itself.
- On leave, or not seen in AutoBook for 7 days: you count as away. You get no new work; your own customers' work stays with you, and AutoBook Agent answers a customer who is waiting. Coming back from leave counts as seen, so new work reaches you again straight away.
- Calls: a caller who has you as their rep only ever reaches you, and a message is taken if you can't answer.
Accept bookings
The Accept bookings switch at the top of this page decides whether customers can book you at all. You can turn it on or off yourself; your manager can change it too, with the Customers can book … switch in your staff sheet (5 · Customer booking). To be bookable you also need to be on your store's Sales desk and set up for at least one appointment type. Your hours control when you can be booked once that is all in place.
